Tropical Storm Isaias continues to move up the U.S. East Coast with heavy rain, high winds, and tornadoes. Earlier, the fast-moving storm obliterated a mobile home in North Carolina, leaving one person dead from a tornado it triggered. A tropical storm warning remains in effect all the way to Maine.
