Tropical Storm Fay brought heavy winds and rain to parts of New Jersey on Friday, July 10, leaving many streets flooded causing hazardous driving conditions.

The storm is making its way up the mid-Atlantic coast and could bring rain to even parts of eastern Canada.

Fay is the sixth named storm of this hurricane season and began its move away from the North Carolina coast Thursday evening in the direction of southern New England. Fay also took the lead as the earliest sixth-named storm on record.
