Trump raises spectre of fraud, without citing evidence

Donald Trump again called into question the integrity of the election during Tuesday’s presidential debate, laying the groundwork for a potential fight for the presidency up to the Supreme Court. As FRANCE 24 correspondent Kethevane Gorjestani, in Cleveland, explains, the president says mass mail-in voting will lead to mass fraud, claims that are without any evidence.
