The daughter of Daniel Prude, Tashyra, spoke on Thursday about the loss of her father and addressed the video of his arrest, saying that the man seen in the video is not the one she knew and called him a "caring, energetic, happy-go-lucky man" who loved making people smile. She also said that she wants the police officers involved in his death to be charged with murder.

Prude died on March 30, seven days after a group of police officers in Rochester, N.Y. put a 'spit hood' over his head - ostensibly to prevent spitting - and then pressed his face into the pavement for over two minutes, as seen in the video of the incident.
