Russia's military continues to seize control over much of eastern Ukraine, but as the fighting continues it's raising questions over what the Kremlin's end goal is.

After Russia appeared to abandon its original pursuit of taking the capital of Kyiv, it shifted its focus to the Donbas region and it has some experts asking whether the fighting could potentially come to an end if it were to claim victory in the region, and if Ukraine would accept a ceasefire with Russia still occupying that area.

As Eric Sorensen reports, the fighting is taking its toll on both sides of the battlefield.
